Climb the Corporate Ladder

Climbing the Corporate Ladder is a 2 hour climbing and team buillding program, that can be tailored to suit your company’s specific needs. Teams of 4 or 5 will compete against one another in a point gathering competition. Points are awarded to individuals in the teams that either climb the most number of easy routes or are successful in climbing some of the more difficult routes. Some ideas are to also award teams points with the best cheer, best attitude, and even best costume!!

• Minimum Group Size: 16 (but works best with 20)

  All participants must be 19 years or older in order to sign our waiver form. Participants under the age of 19, must have a waiver form filled out and signed by parent or legal guardian.
