Booking & Cancellation Policies

To Book:

To make a booking, please call the gym at 604-276-0012. When you call to book we will ask you for a Visa or Mastercard number to hold the spot.

Cancellation Policy:

We don’t make any charges to your credit card prior to your booking. If you don’t show up for your booking, or cancel the booking with less than 24 hours notice, we charge the card for the value of the booking. There is no penalty to change or cancel if you give us more than 24 hours notice.

Number of Climbers:

We charge for the number of climbers you booked for, even if fewer show up. You can change the number of climbers in your booking by giving us at least 24 hours notice.
