Booking for Members and Non-Members

Please read this information carefully before proceeding with your booking. Please also read our updated health and safety policies HERE before arriving at the gym. 

MEMBER BOOKING

  • Member bookings are for Cliffhanger members with active passes only. This includes 10-Visit Passes, however each person must have their own pass (no shared passes for these times). You can not book in a person who does not have their own pass. If you have a partner that wants to join you and they do not have a pass they would have to book separately using the Non-Member booking listed below.

  • Each booking is limited to a maximum of TWO members.

  • To book your member session: Enter the number of people (one or two) for your session. You will see a drop-down list of available dates and times. Select your date and time, then scroll down to complete the registration. Click ‘Confirm and Reserve’ and wait for the process to complete (this may take a few seconds).

  • There is a maximum of ONE booking per day. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Please read the email carefully before arriving to the gym.

NON-MEMBER BOOKING

  • This booking allows experienced climbers who have previously passed a belay check at Cliffhanger, or for those who have the requisite skills to pass a belay check.

  • If you have no climbing experience but want to attend with a Cliffhanger member, you may book as a guest through the non-member booking link as well.

  • If you will be using the auto-belay only, please use the same non-member booking link.

  • You may book for yourself and/or a partner. If you want to bring more than two participants, you would need to complete two separate bookings.

  • Non-member booking is not for group climbing sessions that require Cliffhanger staff belay assistance. Due to physical distancing and number restrictions in the facility, we are currently unable to offer this booking option.

  • If you are unsure of what you will do upon arrival at the gym, or if you need assistance with your booking, please call the gym directly at 604-874-2400.

  • To book your non-member session: Type in the number of people (one or two) for your session. You will see a drop-down list of available dates and times.
